211 San Diego is a free, multi-lingual, 24/7, regional nonprofit that helps to seamlessly connect people to resources, while partnering with our community to transform how people access help.

2-1-1 is here to help people access the more than 6,000 services available to people across San Diego County. These include:

• Food pantries
• Health clinics
• Substance abuse counseling and treatment
• Housing support
• Utilities assistance
• Technology solutions
• Career centers
• Subsidized childcare
• Senior centers 
• and so much more.

211 is here to help!

When we refer people to services, we also help them find ways to overcome barriers. We offer person-centered, trauma-informed customer service, which means that we create a space of shared power where people may disclose information at their own pace, understand steps they must take to overcome barriers, and build expectations and trust in the services they will receive. 

We answer more than 30,000 calls every month. Hundreds of thousands of people rely on 24/7 access to 2-1-1 services. For every $100 we can help 5 people get connected to immediate and long-term supports.
