Founded in 1979 out of an abundance of compassion by North Coastal civic and business leaders, Community Resource Center (CRC) provides emergency assistance, compassionate counseling, food and shelter to low-income individuals and families who are experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness, including survivors of domestic violence.
Community Resource Center provides services in North County San Diego to vulnerable families and individuals who need food, shelter and resources. Many families and individuals come to CRC in crisis – a mother seeking shelter from domestic violence, a veteran facing homelessness, or a single father struggling to put food on the table.
